Cancellations – Orders cannot be canceled once they have been processed.

Refunds – As services are digital, refunds are generally not provided. However, if services are not delivered due to a technical error on our side, you may be eligible for a refund.

Eligibility for Refund – Requests must be raised within 7 days of order placement.

Processing of Refunds – Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
